Creativity techniques - developing and implementing ideas

Every person has the potential to be creative. Creativity is first and foremost a curious and inquisitive mindset. How can we get our creative juices flowing and exercise our creative muscle in our daily work, despite time constraints and stress? This workshop invites you to use and train your creative potential.
In a mutually supportive and creative atmosphere, participants test practical techniques that benefit daily work.

Content and learning outcomes:

  • What is creativity? What makes me creative?
  • The five phases of creativity
  • Generating associations, creating analogies, changing perspectives
  • How do the hemispheres of our brain work together?
  • What is divergent and convergent thinking?
  • What sources of inspiration can I tap into?
  • What tools can I use to improve my service?
  • How can I make my working environment more creative?
  • How can I be creative under time pressure?

Methods and approaches: Discussion, independent and group work, reflection rounds, practical creativity techniques such as 635 brainwriting, the Disney method, and headstand technique

Target group: Management in academic and administrative units
