Management workshop

Managers have many different responsibilities. These include being the problem solver, conflict manager, delegator, structure maker, and provider of information. In order to successfully master these many roles, you need a high degree of problem-solving skills, strong nerves, sensitivity and perspective. You have to stay “on the ball” and skillfully use your strengths.
Not least, your management depends on your employees and the respective framework conditions. Through group discussion you will get ideas and solutions for past cases which you can apply to new situations.
