Junior management program START 2020

Anyone assuming management tasks for the first time is faced with a series of new challenges. Management skills are, however, not something we are born with, but rather something to be learned. During this six-day, practice-based intensive training program with follow-up you will be working with a fixed group of participants, thus learning the skills to prepare for your management position while developing useful networks.
In addition to acquiring the fundamental tools of management, you will also learn to develop your own management style and acquire the confidence to deal effectively with routine aspects of management, as well as the more challenging situations which will arise.

Overview of the program:

  • Six-day intensive training program conducted in fixed groups and incorporating four modules
  • Opportunity to exchange ideas and network in transfer and development groups
  • General follow-up
  • Possibility of individual coaching sessions of 2 x 60 minutes
  • Opportunity to participate in the general management program
  • STARTnetwork (PDF, 68,9 KB) – Opportunity to exchange ideas and participate in continuing education after the completion of the START program.
