If you are a newly appointed professor at TU Berlin coming to terms with the responsibilities of organizing schedules, budgets, and managing your staff as well as allocating work and establishing common objectives on a daily basis, then we are on hand to provide you with the support you need!
The aim of this program is to help you perform the (new) tasks related to your leadership role as a newly appointed professor as effectively as possible as well as help you assume your new responsibilities. The areas we cover include:
- Developing or further developing your management skills
- Achieving confidence and clarity in your management role
- Developing specific strategies for dealing effectively with your daily management tasks
