Development of managerial staff

Development of managerial staff is a core task of Human Resources.
As such we provide specific continuing education programs, networking opportunities and programs for developing personal qualities to help you strengthen your management skills. Through this range of programs we also aim to help you foster a productive working environment to motivate staff and thus strengthen the effectiveness of TUB as an organization. We offer the following programs:

General management Program [1]

Our specific programs, which are also aligned to the framework conditions of TU Berlin, are designed for you as a member of management and deal with topics relating to everyday management issues. more to: General management Program [2]

Junior management program START [3]
