Digital Leadership – Successful Leadership in the Digital World

Digitization is currently one of the greatest challenges facing organizations - in terms of structure, culture and the individual.
The human and management aspects of digital transformation need to be explored to achieve a successful outcome, and not just the technological requirements.
During this seminar we will be reflecting on which conditions the digitization process imposes on the organization as a whole, on management and on staff as interacting teams, as well as the effects the process of digitization has on these entities. We will also be exploring how the considered use of digital media can help a future-oriented leadership achieve greater productivity and a greater sense of satisfaction for the people within an organization.

Content and goals:

  • What does “digital leadership” mean? Which new leadership models and skills are necessary for the future?
  • Which goals need to be pursued, which (human) limitations need to be considered to achieve a successful transformation?  (Expectation and reality)
  • What effects does digital working have on motivation, individual freedom and productivity?
  • Which digital media enable an open dialogue with staff while also supporting the exchange of knowledge for the purposes of establishing networks?
  • How can digitally networked teams / networks be developed, planned and managed to inspire those involved and achieve effective teamwork?
