Managing diversity in demographic change

Demographic change poses new challenges with multiple generations working together in an organization. In this e-learning module you learn how to integrate everybody within an organization and how you can successfully lead a team of mixed ages.

Learning objectives:

  • You will gain an understanding of what it means to guide people and organizations through the challenges of diversity.
  • You will know how to better orientate yourself and your work towards diversity, how to create measures for diversity and execute and implement these in everyday work.
  • You will learn to lead teams with people of different ages by analyzing how different age groups handle authority and their motivation to find a suitable management style.

Methods and approaches: E-learning

  • Interactive films with scenes from everyday work life to raise awareness for the topic
  • Multi-media web trainings for knowledge acquisition
  • Inspiring videos from top-level speakers from leading business schools
  • Examples, exercises, and checklists for practical transfer
  • Compact summaries with key information on a topic
  • All learning content is available for 1 year to allow you to further and repeat the content
  • Certificates of participation can be printed upon completion.
